WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU?

Working with us is like hanging out with motivated, upbeat friends. We listen to you deeply to get the root of your challenges and work together to find a path toward your goals.  Meredith and Torie will thoughtfully recommend habit changes or guide you through exercises so that you can reach your wellness goals.

CAN I WORK WITH JUST ONE OF YOU?

Of course! Our programs are tailored to you and a la carte pricing is available if you would rather buy a package of just Fitness Coaching or just Health Coaching sessions. 

WHAT ACTUALLY IS A HEALTH COACH?

A health coach is a supportive mentor that works with you to attain more balance and well-being by incorporating gradual food and lifestyle shifts. Instead of prescribing one specific diet or exercise regimen, health coaches look at you as a whole person to tailor individualized wellness programs for sustainable, positive changes.

WHAT ARE SOME COMMON HEALTH CONCERNS ADDRESSED?

Stress management, anxiety, depression and mood swings, healthy relationships, digestive health, weight management, sugar cravings, skin concerns, fitness routines, energy and sleep issues, habit change and goal setting, and longterm health.

ARE YOU GOING TO JUDGE ME?

This is a completely safe space. Our conversations will not be shared or judged. We welcome any and all stories of insecurity, failure, joy, embarrassment, strife, happiness, confusion and everything in between from people of any color, body-type, gender, or sexual-orientation. Let's get started uncovering all of the magic that you have to offer!

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

The focus of Spark Wellness Co. is not strict weight loss or a specific diet and exercise regimen. Our work together is designed to improve your health and happiness through sustainable lifestyle changes and establishing exercise routines that work for you. Many clients do end up losing weight as a result of the healthier choices we implement together.

WHAT ARE SOME RESULTS THAT YOUR CLIENTS SEE?

Increased skin clarity, better relationships, weight management, leaner body, improved digestive function, less stress, more energy, better sleep, more positive daily outlook, improved cognitive function, more self esteem, freedom around food choices, and more desire to exercise.

CAN WE TALK IN BETWEEN SESSIONS?

For sure! This is in an ongoing relationship to support your wellness goals, so we are available over text for accountability support during business hours in between sessions.
